The Panama Mule International (PMI) After School Outreach program is a three-month program for children in the community of Río Abajo focusing on teaching children their Afro-Caribbean history, teaching them to speak, read, and write English. It also includes implementing discipline and the practice of mindful eating. The following is simplified focused program.
